When I first decided to open a sandwich shop, I thought that my innovative recipes would be what would set me apart. However, after being open for a few weeks, I could tell that my employees were the ones making a difference. They were helpful, creative, fun, and generous--making each one of my guests feel like a million dollars. Running a business is hard, but it doesn't have to be.
